My name is Christina Simpson and I am writing to tell you about why my boss is the best boss. His name is Chris Wisener and he is the manager at Family Christian Stores and he has truly turned our store into a ministry based business. Actually,Chris being the type of boss that he is greatly contributes to the fact that I am willing to drive an hour each way to continue working with Family Christian Stores. Although there are many different stories that I could tell you about how great he is, my favorite is one that took place only a couple of weeks ago. As we were taking the trash out the back there was a woman sitting in her car who appeared to be having a stressful day. When we started to head back inside he stopped to ask the woman if everything was okay. She told us that she was having problems providing for her children right now and that times were tough, Then, even though we needed to get back inside to work, Chris took the time for us to pray with the woman in the middle of the parking lot. The act actually brought the woman to tears and even though it didn't help feed her children that night it brought light to her day and let her know that there are still people out there who care. So Chris was able to provide hope for this woman even though it didn't result in a sale or anything that would benefit him. Also, Chris has this amazing ability to build us up and let us know what a great job we're doing while at the same time critiquing us in areas that will make us better at what we do.These are just a few of the reasons why I believe Chris really is the best boss and he truly deserves this honor.
