I would like to nominate Brian Hotaling for the Coolest Boss Contest. Why would I like to nominate him, he shows a genuine interest in his employees that work at Publix. Whenever anyone has a problem, or something to share with him, his door is always open.

Some people may complain about their bosses, but, Brian is an easy going person, to get along with.
